Maintenance & Repairs

Maintenance of your service lateral sewer line from your house to the District’s main line in the street or alley is the responsibility of the property owner. Roots and other blockages need to be cleared by the homeowner’s plumber.

IMPORTANT: Contact us if you are planning to clean your lines so that we can make certain your debris does not cause a blockage in the main line.

sewer backups

It is important to call us to report any sewer backup issues immediately.

Please contact our 24/7 emergency dispatch at 1-877-854-5453.

Our contractors will determine if the problem exists in our main line or if it is isolated to the service line running to your house. They will offer advice on what steps you should take to correct the problem.

Licensed Contractors

Maintenance and repairs to your sewer line must be completed by a licensed contractor authorized by the District.  Please contact the District for a current list of licensed contractors.
